PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF)
Up to 6-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, bubbling, and de-lamination, when serviced and maintained per Donga Carspa aftercare guidelines.
DIAMOND CERAMIC COATING
Multi-year warranty covering hydrophobic performance, UV protection, and chemical resistance. Coverage period varies by package selected at booking.
DONGA PAINT ARMOUR
Up to 6-year combined warranty on PPF + Diamond Ceramic Coating performance — Kenya's most comprehensive paint protection cover.
DONGA SUNBLOCK WINDOW TINT
Industry-leading 8-year warranty against bubbling, peeling, fading, and colour change. The longest window tint warranty in Kenya.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Damage caused by accidents, abrasive washing methods, harsh chemicals, third-party modifications, or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided at handover.
CLAIMS PROCESS
Bring your vehicle to our Mombasa Road facility with your warranty card and original invoice. Our team will inspect and process any qualifying claim within 14 days.
